Warranty, Returns and Defective Products

We want customers who are 100% satisfied with their purchases, however, due to safety concerns, all sales on firearms and ammunition are final.

Hunt Group firearms are guaranteed for a period of two years from the date of purchase, Defective products must be returned to Top Gun Wholesale Inc. after the customer has first notified their Dealer/Retailer about the issue and an RMA number has been assigned. Top Gun Wholesale Inc., may direct the product to be returned to the manufacturer’s authorized warranty repair depot, as determined by our customer service department and at the customer’s expense. The customer must arrange and provide all the proper permits to the courier company to transport restricted firearms in the event they must be repaired or replaced. Once the firearm has been repaired or replaced, Top Gun Wholesale will cover the return shipping costs to the customer.

Scopes and Optics (Laser sights, spotting scopes binoculars, rifle scopes, rangefinders, etc.) can only be exchanged, repaired or replaced by the manufacturer or an approved warranty depot in accordance with each manufacturers standard warranty policy, terms and conditions and warranty periods specified therein.

Defective personal camping equipment can be returned after a customer obtains and RMA number from Top Gun Wholesale Inc and at the customers expense. Our customer service department will determine if the product will be replaced or repaired at it’s desecration. All camping equipment is covered for a one year period from date of purchase. Original receipts are required.
